Long Grain White Rice Type I
Type I Long Grain White Rice is characterized by its long grain of 6-7 mm and a controlled moisture content, generally below 14%, ensuring freshness and long shelf life. It is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates and contains B vitamins (such as B1 and B3) and minerals such as iron and magnesium, which contribute to a balanced diet.
Long Grain Brown Rice
Long Grain Brown Rice is a highly nutritious food, keeping its outer husk which preserves its natural fiber, vitamin and mineral content. It contains B vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus and antioxidants, improving digestive and metabolic health. Its 6-7 mm long grain maintains a firm and loose texture after cooking.
Long Grain Basmati Rice

Long Grain Basmati Rice is a variety of rice known for its characteristic aroma and fine, elongated grain, which can measure between 7-8 mm. It is low in fat and provides a good source of complex carbohydrates, providing sustained energy and is rich in B vitamins such as thiamine and folate, as well as minerals such as iron, phosphorus and magnesium.

Arborio Medium Grain Rice
Arborio Medium Grain Rice is known for its high starch content, providing a creamy and firm texture when cooked. With approximately 6.67 grams of protein, it is a significant source of energy and provides vitamin B6, iron and magnesium.
Yellow Corn
Yellow Corn is a highly versatile cereal, used in both human food and animal feed production. Its grain, round or oval in shape and with a size of 6-12 mm, has a high starch content, making this cereal a key ingredient for the production of flours, oils and processed foods. Its controlled moisture content of 12-14% ensures stability during storage.
Bare Grain Oats
Bare Grain Oats, also known as hulled oats, are a type of oat that has been minimally processed, removing only the inedible outer hull. This grain is one of the purest and least processed forms, retaining most of its nutrients, including the germ, bran and endosperm. Thanks to its controlled moisture content (around 12-14%), naked grain oats are easy to store and keep fresh for long periods.
Raw Peanuts
Raw peanuts are a source of vegetable protein, with approximately 25.8 g of protein per 100 g, rich in healthy fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated); in addition, it contains B vitamins such as B3 (niacin) and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. It is used in the food industry for the production of peanut butter, snacks and as an ingredient in confectionery products.
Macadamia Nuts
Known for their high content of healthy fats, such as monounsaturated fatty acids like oleic and palmitoleic acid, which benefit cardiovascular health, they are also a rich source of manganese, vitamin B1 (thiamin) and contain significant amounts of fiber. They are widely used in the food industry for making snacks, nut butters and confectionery products. They are also prized for their oil, which is used both in cooking and in the cosmetic industry due to its antioxidant properties.
