Coffee

Coffee is one of the most valued and consumed beverages worldwide, with its cultivation centered mainly on the Arabica and Robusta varieties. The quality of this product depends on various factors, such as climate, altitude and processing methods. The mild coffees, typically of the arabica variety, are characterized by their balanced flavor, fruity notes and moderate acidity, while the robusta stands out for its stronger and more intense profile, with a more bitter taste and higher caffeine content. We offer both green and roasted coffee beans, carefully selected and adapted to satisfy the specific demands and preferences of our clients.

Colombian Mild Coffee
Colombian Mild coffee belongs exclusively to the Arabica variety and is recognized for its balanced acidity, a mild sweetness and a medium body that provide a well-balanced experience in the cup. It also has fruity and floral notes that make it unique in its sensory profile. These characteristics, together with its careful washing process and its cultivation at high altitudes, have positioned it as one of the most valued coffees worldwide.
Natural Brazilian Coffee
The natural Brazilian coffee belonging to the Arabica variety is known for its low acidity, full body, and notes of chocolate and nuts. These coffees are processed using the natural or dry method, in which the cherries are dried in the sun before extracting the beans, giving them a sweeter and fruitier flavor profile, with a smooth and balanced character, which makes them ideal for espresso blends and other preparations.
Other Milds
The other mild coffees refer to Arabica coffees produced in countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, Peru and Costa Rica, among others. Their harvesting and production process highlights their characteristics of bright acidity, medium body, and notes of chocolate, caramel and fruits. Each producing country contributes unique nuances, influenced by factors such as climate, altitude and soil type. For example, coffees from Guatemala have a profile with notes of cocoa and caramel, while coffees from Mexico stand out for their sweetness and light notes of dried fruits.
Robusta Coffee
Robusta coffee is characterized by its strong and bitter flavor, with earthy notes and a robust body. It has a caffeine content almost double that of Arabica, giving it a greater intensity and resistance to pests. This type of coffee is cultivated at low altitudes and is common in espresso blends due to its capacity to produce a thick crema. It is a key ingredient in the production of instant coffee due to its capacity to maintain its flavor and aroma after processing.
