Forestry and Biodiversity Division

Our Forestry and Biodiversity Division focuses on the integral management of environmental projects, aimed at the protection and restoration of forest ecosystems. Through the reforestation of degraded areas and the conservation of native forests, we promote CO2 capture and contribute substantially to climate change mitigation. These efforts restore biodiversity and strengthen natural habitats, ensuring the sustainability of local communities, which are actively integrated into our protection and regeneration processes.

We adopt innovative and effective solutions through the use of advanced technologies and partnerships with international organizations, expanding the scope and impact of our projects. This strategic collaboration ensures their long-term success, fostering conservation practices characterized by high integrity and quality.

Project Implementation

We develop large-scale reforestation and environmental protection projects aimed at restoring forest ecosystems globally. These initiatives not only contribute to carbon sequestration, but also preserve biodiversity, protecting endangered species and promoting the regeneration of critical habitats.

Our approach is based on sustainable practices that actively involve local communities in the management and conservation of natural resources, ensuring a long-term positive impact for both the environment and people. We adhere to international certification standards such as the VCS and CCB, ensuring that our projects are of high quality and produce lasting and meaningful results.

In our Forests and Biodiversity Division, we collaborate closely with international organizations, local communities and conservation experts to ensure the long-term success of our projects. We use advanced environmental monitoring technologies, such as satellite imagery and real-time surveillance systems, to ensure the continued protection of forest ecosystems and optimize restoration efforts. These tools enable us to identify critical areas, improve natural resource management, and actively integrate local communities into conservation and regeneration processes.

Among our most outstanding initiatives is the Quilombolas Communities Environmental Conservation Project, which encompasses the protection, preservation and management of more than 30 million hectares of rainforest in Brazil over a period of more than 25 years. This project includes the reforestation of more than 3 million hectares of degraded areas, contributing significantly to the restoration of vital ecosystems. With the participation of more than 2,000 Quilombolas communities, this initiative protects a region that is home to more than 20% of the world’s known species, supporting biodiversity conservation and climate change mitigation.
