At Oreasoc Food, we recognize that agricultural sustainability is as much about conserving natural resources as it is about ensuring food security for future generations. We align ourselves with the FAO Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Production and Consumption). Together with Oreasoc Agriculture Inc. and Oreasoc Fertilizers Inc. we work to develop agricultural solutions that increase productivity in an efficient and sustainable manner, helping to meet the growing global demand for food.
We strive to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, while collaborating with farmers and communities to implement innovative technologies that optimize production and minimize food waste. Our approach seeks to balance the need to increase food supply with the responsibility to do so in a sustainable manner.

We view regenerative agriculture as an essential pillar of our strategy to restore soil health and promote biodiversity in agricultural ecosystems. We apply advanced practices such as crop rotation, the use of cover crops and the integration of trees to protect and enrich soil quality. These techniques optimize water and nutrient retention, while enhancing carbon sequestration and actively contributing to climate change mitigation. We also encourage nitrogen fixation through the planting of leguminous plants, naturally enriching the soil. In addition, we implement minimum tillage and organic fertilization methods to minimize the use of chemicals and promote long-term sustainability in our agricultural operations.


In collaboration with Oreasoc Fertilizers, we drive the use of low-emission fertilizers designed to significantly decrease greenhouse gas emissions related to agricultural production. Based on circular economy models, these fertilizers improve crop efficiency, reduce environmental impact through nutrient optimization and reduce dependence on conventional chemical inputs. This approach promotes sustainable agriculture, supporting responsible production and environmental preservation.


We work closely with farmers and local communities to improve their livelihoods, promote gender equity and ensure the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. We also actively participate in the Quilombolas Communities Environmental Conservation Project, led by Oreasoc Agriculture Inc, which aims to preserve forest ecosystems, protect biodiversity and promote sustainable crop management among the Quilombolas Communities.


In collaboration with Oreasoc Energy Inc. we are implementing clean energy projects with the aim of significantly reducing our operating emissions. Among these initiatives is the integration of solar energy in our plants and logistics processes, which contributes to reducing our carbon footprint. Our sustainability goals are aligned with global commitments, focusing on the adoption of technologies that optimize energy consumption and minimize waste. This approach reinforces our commitment to a cleaner, more sustainable future, spanning the entire agricultural supply chain.
