Stuart Muirhead serves as Chief Operating Officer of Oreasoc Group and its affiliated companies. Prior to joining the Group, he was a Managing Director at HSBC, where he most recently led Group Operations, overseeing operational service delivery and resilience across all business lines and functions in approximately seventy jurisdictions. In this role he directed large-scale operational transformation initiatives spanning technology, data and global service infrastructure within one of the world’s largest international banking organizations.

During his tenure at HSBC, Stuart led one of the most significant operational transformation programs undertaken by the institution, realigning more than 70,000 professionals and the associated financial, technology and data frameworks as part of the bank’s strategic repositioning. Earlier in his career he held senior operational and client management roles at Goldman Sachs and Stryker Europe. Prior to entering the private sector, he served for nine years as an officer in the British Army, deploying in multiple operational theatres. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama, where he was a Division I athlete.

Stuart’s extensive experience managing complex organizational environments, large-scale operational frameworks and technology-enabled transformation brings significant value to Oreasoc Group. His background strengthens the operational coordination and execution required across the Group’s diverse corporate activities and multiple jurisdictions, supporting the effective management of the operational complexity inherent in the various companies operating under the Oreasoc Group structure.
