Throughout his career, Mr. Rincón Carbonell has also served in senior executive positions with companies operating in construction, investment, trading, and commercial services. His international business experience includes representing companies across Latin American and Caribbean markets, providing him with broad exposure to cross-border commercial development and international business relationships. He holds a Ph.D. in Managerial Science, a Master’s degree in Business Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín.
