Juan Nicora is a senior executive with extensive experience in driving growth, transformation, and long-term value creation across the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors throughout the Americas. He brings deep expertise in general management, commercial strategy, operations, marketing, and public affairs, with a strong ability to guide organizations operating in complex and regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nicora has held senior leadership roles at leading global energy companies, including PETROBRAS and REPSOL. At PETROBRAS, he served in multiple executive positions across Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, leading multi-country commercial and retail operations and strengthening regional market presence. As General Manager of REPSOL’s Eg3 retail network in Argentina, he led large-scale operations and strategic expansion initiatives, aligning operational execution with long-term corporate objectives.

Mr. Nicora holds degrees in Law, Business Administration, and Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed executive postgraduate programs in Advanced Management and International Marketing at INSEAD (France). He is recognized for his strong governance mindset, risk management expertise, and ability to build and lead high-performing executive teams.

As a Director of Oreasoc Group Inc., Mr. Nicora contributes a market-oriented and execution-focused perspective to the Board. His role centers on evaluating growth opportunities, advising on market entry and expansion strategies, and supporting the alignment between commercial execution and the Group’s strategic priorities, strengthening the organization’s capacity for sustainable value creation.
